Our basic temporary email service is provided completely free of charge. No payment or refund applies to free usage.

3. Premium Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all premium subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the premium service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Send an email to support@tempmailnow.io with your purchase details.
• Include your payment email address and order/transaction ID.
• Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made after the 7-day refund window
• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• Partial month/period refunds after the initial 7-day window

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period after the 7-day window.
